ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION

 

 

The Administrative Division of the Benson Police Department is staffed by Captain Greg Percy, a 17 year veteran of the Police Department. His responsibilities include supervising the day to day operations of the department, and short range planning, such as preparing work schedules, scheduling training, and completing the payroll function.

 

Additionally, Cpt. Percy is the grants manager for the department; locating, applying, and managing various state and federal grants, he provides basic IT support for the department's computers, he maintains all departmental records and forms, and he is the primary Internal Affairs investigator.

 

As second-in-command, he assists the Chief of Police with special events planning, budgetary issues, recruiting and employment, and other Department/Town projects as necessary.
